CAN ANYONE HELP US?WE HAVE BEEN IN THE PLACEMENT STAGE WITH SMALL MIRACLES SIENCE JULY .WE DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WE FEEL LIKE OUR HEARTS HAVE BEEN YANKED FROM OUR CHESTS.WE HAVE HAD YEARS OF INFERTILITY AND THIS WAS OUR SURE THING IT COULD HAVE BEEN ANY DAY SM COULD HAVE CALLED AND SAID WE WERE MATCHED,

I WANT TO JUST GET AN AGENCY HERE IN OHIO BUT WITHOUT THE $12,000.00 THEY HAVE OF OURS THERES NO WAY WE CAN DO THAT.PLEASE WRITE ME IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFORMATION.

We were also with Small Miracles. We were also waiting any day to get matched. They have our money too. We are in the position now that we may not be able to adopt. It is REALLY upsetting that we are all in this situation. I spoke with a family yesterday that has decided to take them to court. I am getting more information about this now.

There is a group of 10+ other couples who were
waiting with SM. There is a conference call
Monday evening about how to proceed.
They have $12,000+ of our money and we've
been waiting since April.
There is a hearing regarding SM on January 10.
