New from Evansville--Hi!
Hi everyone! I suppose I'm in the same boat as many of you. Hubby and I have been married 11 years this week and have been unable to concieve. We live in Evansville,and have been looking for agencies to help w. domestic infant adoption. The local agencies either have religious restrictions, or deal in international adoption, so end of this month we are headed to Indy for an info meeting at an agency there. A few of the negatives so far: The thought of the costs gives me a tummy ache and I have a father in law that has made some less-than-supportive statements. Other than that--we are supported, excited,and ready to go! I'd love to hear from some others of you that are going through some of the same things and might live in my area. Maybe you can give us some tips, information, etc. to help us through.
