Fingerprints for Domestic Adoption???
My husband and I have just had our Home Study completed. We are looking for an agency to work with. We heard that Kansas has good adoption laws and are considering looing into Kansas Agencies. Someone just told me that certain states require fingerprints even for domestic adoption, but we were never told about this. Does anyone know if fingerprints are required in Kansas for domestic adoptions? We live in PA and they are not required for a PA adoption.

I thought F prints are reqirements for HS, regardless of state you are adopting in. simply look up reqirements for HS or adoption in KS on the web or on one the adoption agency's web sites. good luck, TB
