What agency did you use?
Hi Everyone,
We have one adoped child that is special needs and we went through The Village for Families and Children two years ago. However, we want to adopt again and do a domestic adoption (I think), considering international. Can you tell me what agency you went though or know someone who used an CT agency and what the experience was? Thanks for all your help! Jill
