Nebraska Parents Adoptin International

We are Nebraka residents planning to adopt from Russia or Ukraine. Is there anyone out there in Nebraska who has been through this process. You feedback would be valued highly!

Wish I could tell you yes - but we've just started the process too. Have a seminar to attend on June 23 in Omaha - then schedule our homestudy. We've been researching like crazy and want to adopt an infant or toddler male from Russia. That is my husbands ancestral heritage. We'd like to stay connected with other Nebraska adoptive parents.

Good luck with your process! We sent our paperwork to Russia in May. We are waiting for a referral of a toddler girl. I believe the referrals are a little quicker for boys. This may help you! Keep the faith...

We are looking at Poland and haven't started any paperwork yet. Anyone have any info on where to get a homestudy that won't break the bank?

Ridiculous

How is that the last post was dated February 2004 - and today I get notice of it (Sep 27 2005).
