age question
I am 28 and my husband is 30. I know you need to be 30 in order to submit a dossier to China for adoption. Do we BOTH need to be 30 or is his age good enough?
We REALLY want a Chinese baby girl. We have lots of love in our hearts and want to help out a little one that is less fortunate. If anyone has any info, please help. God Bless!
