looking for info birthmother counseling post adoption
Hello there,
My husband and I are just starting the open adoption process, paperwork etc. Our concern is, since we are not millionaires by any stretch, is the open-ended life-time counseling that a birth mother and her entire familiy is entitled to at our expense. Are there any laws in Colorado that put a limit to how much we might have to spend?
