Hi,
I was wondering what kind of cost all of you that have adopted a child older then say 1 have ran into?

And Were they state adoption or privet?

I hear with state there's little to no cost at all,
But I want to hear what you all say
to.

Thanks
take care and may God bless you all.

State Adoption Cost

Hello There,

I have not yet adopted but I am a foster parent and I can tell you that when you adopt children from DCFS here in IL there will be little or no cost however, it is VERY unlikely that you will be able to find an infant that is free for adoption. The children are older. There are plenty of kids though and you can look at waiting children at this website. www.adoptinfo-il.org

Hope this helps,
Dawn
