I am helping my brother in law who is trying to find his Japanese birth parents. He was born 6/20/60 in Chiyoda. He was abandoned 10/5/61. And was adopted 12/5/62 by his American adopted parents. Does anyone know how one would go about locating any info? Please email me at dancnwithangels@aol.com
