Im trying to locate my Birthmother her name was Nancy Fields she was born in 1952 in Indiana. Her Mothers name is Ada Curry and fathers name is Williard.. She has blonde hair and blue eyes and last know residence was Lakeland Fl.. she has 3 sisters, Judy, Shirley and Lucy and 1 brother she had 2 but one died in a car accident .. In 1969 she attended Cleveland Job Corps were she met my birthfather Robert.. last know boyfriend was Johnny and that was in 1969. Adoption was finalized on Nov 18, 1969 at the Juvenile Court in FLorida.. I was born at Polk County Hospital in Bartow FL... PLEASE HELP
