Looking for my Son Bio-Brother Adopted from Colombia
My son was adopted from Barranquilla Colombia in March 1992. At the time of the adoption we were told he had a brother that had been previously placed with an adopted family. Of course, very little information was given. My sons birth name was Robles. I believe his mother's name was Carmen.
Has anyone had any luck with search in Colombia?
