Looking for my sister who was born in Germany
I am looking for my sister who was born on July 14th, 1978. Her name at birth was Shannon Raye. I know her mom's first name is Rhonda. I am not sure where she was born at in Germany but I do know that my dad was stationed there in the military when she was born. I also know that she was adopted by her dad.
