As I got older i started to ajust adn id no longer cry myself to sleep so no one will ever know what it was. there is also another regreat i have adn that is not being able to see remember or knoe my parents names i was taken from the hospital room adn instantlly put on bottled milk never once breast fed. then when i came here to the single mom family i felt out of place for NOT haveing a dad. Also i find that the most asked question to me is: "Are your real parents dead?" and i always end up answering I dont know. well i really hope you take need to what i write here and i hope i will be able to help you when YOU decided to adopted from Paraguay. Well i wrote this here so youd be able to get a child perspective on this adoptive life adn i hope i was a big help

My wife and I adopted in Paraguay in 1987. We were blest to adopt boy and girl twins. At the time we named them Amy and Andrew (not very Hispanic, I know).
Their birth names were Marie Jose and Jose Marie. They
were severely malnurished as their birth mother was poor and had three other children. She left Amy and Andrew with a neighbor and didn't come back for them. The neighbor contacted a lawyer and she contact the adoption agency in Washington, D.C. we had registered with. Our children are now 15 years old and definitely not malnurished. In 1993 we all moved from Baltimore, Maryland to northern England for my job and we have been here since. Amy is especially interested in her birth mother. Whether she is alive or dead and wants to make contact with her or at least know how she is doing. They were born in a little town just outside Ascuncion, in December 1986.
