Overseas Adoption by Canadian in Japan
Hello. I would very much appreciate it if someone could tell me how my husband and I could begin to adopt while living in Japan. We are both non-residents living in Tokyo for the past 5 years and would like to adopt from China or right here within Japan. We jus don't know where to begin. Can anyone give us some?@insight as to what our options are and who we should approach to begin the process? Thank you very much!
