Florida Homestudies and Adoptions Inc has a program in Taiwain.
I found today that they have a photlisting on their website of a few waiting children in Taiwan. www.flhomestudies.com Some of the children are also listed with them on the following photolisting sites www.precious.org www.rainbowkids.com

FLorida Home Studies
Do you know anyone has used the agency? The website looks good - but I have no personal references. I tried the Better Busines Bureau and found nothing. Where else can I check up on them?

I would first email some of the references they list on their website. While none of those listed have adopted from Taiwan, they can share their experience with FHS.
There is a new yahoo group for families interested in adoption from Taiwan. They may have more info for you. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Adopting_From_taiwan
