The unknown
Hi All,
My husband and I are planning to submit an application to our agency. We are hoping for a Philippines adoption. I was just informed this June there will be a few new guidelines/policies/resrictions for adoptive parents placed by the country. No one knows what they will be. I'm a little worried that those new guidelines may exclude us from the program. Any advice? We plan on continuing forward unless new information excludes us. Thanks for your support. Melanie
