OT: Chinese gift ideas for a one year old?
Hello everyone,
I am usually on the adoptive parent board, but thought I'd pop over to ask a question. My good friend is Chinese-American, and her daughter is turning one next month. I was wondering if there are any special culturally-appropriate gifts that one would give a one year old? My friend was born in Canada, but I thought that a Chinesee gift would be nice for her to have. Perhaps I should get a gift based upon the year she was born (I think it was the year of the rat last year, correct?) Thank you for your help!
