Hoping to adopt for Philippines and use Crossroads

We are new here and hope to get some helpful information. We are hoping to adopt from the Philippines and are looking into using Crossroads adoption agency. They seem to be less expensive then some of the othere agencies. If anyone has used them would you please Pm me with your experience.
