ACA Convention [x post]

The Amputee Coalition of America is holding its annual conference in Atlanta this year, June 21-23. There will be a special 1 or 2 day portion devoted to adoptive parents of children with limb differences. This is the first ever such program, and the lady coordinating it all is my son's physical therapist.

My son was adopted from Kazakhstan last year and he is missing his right hand due to a frostbite accident when he was small. I will be speaking at the conference.

If you or anyone you know is an adoptive parent or potential adoptive parent of a child with a limb difference [congenital as well as amputation] PLEASE urge them to attend this conference.

Please PM me if you want additional information. Thanks!
Dee
