Adopting a Relative
I am new here and I would like to say hi to everyone.
I do have a question and I was wondering if anyone could help. I have a friend who would like to adopt her 3 yr old niece form Laos and bring her to the United States, but an on-line agency said, she ma y be able to adopt, but she may NOT be able to bring her to the US> The reason they say this is because Ping (my firend's niece) still lives with her Mom and Dad, but they would like my firend to bring her here so she can recieve opportunities she may not have over there. My question is basically, can my friend aopt her and bring her here? Would appreciate any help. Thank you!
