Any central asian countries for under 20k?

Just curious, it seems like everything is so expensive. We are looking into Kaz, Uzbek, and Kryg right now. I am also looking into a place that only requires one trip around 2 weeks or less. Do you know of any countries like that, central Asian or EE?

Definitely not Kaz as it is quite a bit more expensive and requires a legnthly stay in country.

Kryg is two trips I believe, but shorter ones. Don't know about pricing.

Uzbek is supposed to be one trip for 2 weeks or under. You will spend more than 20K with travel costs, I think agency fees total around 17-19k without homestudy, ins and travel.

You could do Taiwan for 21k to 23k. Maybe less depending on what program you choose.

What age range are you looking to adopt?
We are adopting a 4 yr old from Thailand. It is incredibly inexpensive. There are only about 3 agencies or 4 that work with Thailand here in the US. But, I do believe it is under 20k for an infant and only a 10 day stay. Good luck!
