Hello I am living in California with GC holder(Japanese)and my husband is American.

We just have matching with one Japanese new born baby and must start to process to adopt.

I am still hold Japanese citizenship and now, we are wondering what is the most fatsets way to finish all process to adoption?(I600-A?)

We have no agency,and that baby comes from one lady who is just doing baby rescue by volunteering which is NO MONEY.She is Goddess for us!

We are hoping we could go all process by ourself.

Hello,
I am in Japan to wait 171.
Now,we have beautiful baby boy with us!(born in Aug 19th)

We started late because we file I-600A right after we met baby.(Baby came up right after we met baby rescue group in Japan(this is not agency),we just waited only one month)

Now,we are expecting to get 171 very soon and after we will file I-600 US embassy at Tokyo,it will take only couple of days till get his visa on his passport!

I just want to share wth people who is waiting for adopt from Japan that how happy we are ,and want to say thank you so much for everyone who gave me adivse,
and thank you for help us to do such a independent intercountry adoption!
(We have no lawyer,no agency at all)

interview at Us embassy....couple days later after file I-600
Same day as interview.....get visa and go back to US!
