Good Advice Shoshana,

I was a little suprised to see an email address posted on the site.

We are Marie and Tammy. We are going through the adoption process with BC Ministy of Children and Families, in adopting a child (or 2 siblings). This will be our first child (children) although we are surrounded by family and friends with many children.

We are trying to get as informed as possible before we get introduced to "the rest of our family " We know that sometime there are different issues to deal with, with "hard to place children", and the fact that our child will have two terrific Moms, well that may prove to be nothing at all, or it may be somewhat of an adjustment for our child.

Any advice, comments, whats worked, what hasn't etc. would be most helpful.

Hey Elizabeth, Sarah (aka KIWI) did reply to me that she was taking the request to the "higher" ups. Hopefully we will hear something today.
