who was it
Who was it that sent out letters to the different counties when they were looking to adopt a child? I am wanting to have some suggestions on this so we can get our name out there and have a better chance. I just can not remember who it was that said that they had done this.

I think a couple of us have done it. I created a one-page letter with photos that I sent out to the counties, and I took them to open houses about adoption where case workers would be present. If you send me your email address, I can email you a couple of it - it's in PowerPoint I think.
