Faithful Adoptions
We adopted from Taiwan using this agency 6 years ago. I need a copy of paperwork I dont have and need to get in touch with someone from the agency, but the contact info I have is no good. Does anyone know if they are out of business now, and if they are is there any way I could get records from our adoption?

The agency we used for our DD's adoption closed. I was told we could contact the state's department of children services to get paperwork if needed.
The only way I found out they had closed was by going on the state licensing website to try to reach them after calling to find the # didn't work anymore. I hope you can get what you need!

June 2011-matched with toddler relative July 5th, 2011-relative didn't show to sign papers   July 12th- Matched, baby BOYdue early December.  Oct. 27th-Baby boy is born, had him for 2 days and she revoked.  April 2012-Completed IMPACT classes with new agency. Updating our home study to include legally free children from foster care(special needs program) and infant domestic adoption. Sept. 2012:Approved home study. But our SW told us it will likely be a 2-3+yrs wait. 1/10/13-4/8/13-foster/adopt siblings 2 yr old &11m old

Thank you! I have one more person I am waiting for a return call from but if they cant help me the state's dept of childrens services will be my next call.
