Starting domestic adoption

Hi everyone! DH and I are in the beginning stages of starting adoption #2! We are interested in domestic adoption, but not sure where to start! Any advice or resources to get started? Thank you so much!

Read There Are Babies To Adopt by Christine Adame. After you finish that book come back and post a more specific question.

I see that you are in Ohio - I would recommend looking into speaking with an adoption facilitator, which I believe is legal in the state of Ohio. We used one to assist us with our adoption and we can't imagine what we would have done without her assistance! If you would like any information on how a facilitator can help you, feel free to PM me. The facilitator we used works nationwide, so if you'd like more information, PM me. I'm sure there are facilitators in Ohio, though.

I wish you the best of luck in your journey!
