Ot Body Bugg

I posted this on our AMOM thread but knew not everyone looks there and I wanted to share my excitment over my new diet. If this sounds like soliciting and I assure you its not I don't know anyone affiliated with them, please let me know if I am not allowed to post this.

You can't even believe how excited I am about the body bugg. I wore it yesterday and it is eve n more than I expected. I decided to wear it yesterday and today without changing anything. No exercise no diet. I wanted, NEEDED to see what a bad girl I am. It is very comfortable to wear and hardley even know it is there.
1. I answered a 60 question food preference and it made a detailed diet for me.
2. They suggest not losing over 2 pounds a week but will let you pick upto 3.2 a week weight loss. I did this for my first goal, as I feel it will come off the easiest the first month or so.
3. So taking into account my size and goal of 27 pounds by my birthday (jan 6th), I will be eating appo 1289 cal a day and walking 20 mintues 3 times a week. (I expect to pick that pace up as the weight loss gets harder to do).
4. It gave me a chart of carbs -proteins-fats percentage if I didn't want to follow the pre made diet they did for my preferences.
5. So by being my usual "bad" self (actually worse with all the halloween candy and parties) I took in 2800 cal and burned 1440 by regular daily activities. WOW. EYE OPENER. today I will try and be a little more average to get a better idea, and tommorrow it's ON.

I have never started a diet on a Sunday. Plus it is our family reunion and afterwards a birthday party. For the first time I'm not saying, Ill start after that. I always start on MONDAY. Not this time.

I researched the difference in the 3 different types of these qizmons on the market. For anyone who wants to know. The same company makes at least two of the three. One of them does count calories while you sleep. (which honestly I didn't want that because that is my BONUS cal burned.) The main difference was the gofitwear is not affiliated with 24 fitness (I think that my be part of the diet program. But for the most part they are very close to the same thing. Price is what did it for me. body bugg was on sale $189. with 6 months of the internet based program included. The others didn't offer that. I have a 45 minute coaching session after wearing it for a week and I plan on asking what is still available if you don't pay the monthly subscription. I did however find out that I thought this one had the cheapest by far monthly subscription, but I misread. They all run close to the same. If anyone is interested to know how it is working for me, pm me anytime.
I have to do this. I am getting to an age where it is only getting harder and at a size that is getting dangerously unhealthy....WISH ME LUCK

I'm wishing you luck and can't wait to hear/see the results! I think I'm gonna start stashing back a little over the next couple of weeks to buy me one, I've been reading about it since you emailed the other night. How much is the monthly subscribtion??? Good luck tomorrow, you already have more will power than I do.

the sale price right now includes 6 months. Then I think it is like 14.99 a month or 99 a year or something like that. Today I took in and burned about the same. today I walked 6903 steps but the goal it had for me is 10000. Yesterdays didn't record. I guess somehow I messed it up. I guess that is why they want you to use it a week before getting a coaching session.

Okay, so I was reading on their website and after the first 3 months which come free if you buy one it's $15 a month. To me this isn't bad because compaired to Weight Watchers it's cheap, WW is $15 a WEEK! I really think I want one

devil: it takes about 3 hours to charge and I didn't even think about that so I had to put it off another day. another thing, I didn't realize why it asked my bedtime and wake time. What you put in there is the time it will expect a read out. if you don't put it on for an hour after that time, when you download it will ask if you were in active during that time. How cool is that.
ourdream: what website did you go to because mine came with 6months free. I think you can get a year for like 99, so thats like 8 a month.
