OT- OMG I'm having a baby
So I just found out we are having a baby. I am in shock. Going to Dr. tomorrow to find out the details.
We have been married 18.5 years. At year 2 we tried to have a baby, no luck. We used fertility drugs and had a baby boy at 5 years of marriage. For the last 13.5 years we have never used birth control and hoped for a baby. 15 months ago we adopted our DD. We are shocked and a little worried. I am 37, so there are some concerns. We never dreamed this would happen. We have had 4 specialist tell us that without additional fertility treatments we would not be able to have any more children. So our family of 4 will be a family of 5 soon. With a 13 year old- 2 year old and an infant (guessing May).

37? YOU'RE A BABY YOURSELF
 Seriously a friend of mine, same thing, first child AND she gave birth at home with a Midwife! AT 44!!!! That is so wonderful. I always wondered if we should have stopped trying when we did because these miracles seem to happen more than people think! Good luck, so happy for you!!!!!!! 02/08: decided to adopt- researching which avenue to pursue!! 4/08: application submitted with agency 6/25/08 - officially waiting 6/28/08 - Matched!! 6/28/08 - it's a girl!! She's born!! 6/29/08- We meet the most beautiful baby girl in the world & the amazing mother that gave birth to her!! 7/9 - ICPC has cleared - we can go home!! 2/17/09- Finalized!!! After dealing with infertility, IVF & a miscarriage I finally realize what God had in store for us! What a joyful time to be alive!

Started our adoption journey on 12/30/07 We were Chosen by Birthmom- 11/24/08 Baby girl born 12/7-we were there for her birth Finalized 4/17 The m/c's, the infertility, the waiting, the failed matches, it has all been worth it to have our beautiful baby S. She was meant to be ours we just had to wait for her to come along! Our God is so Good!!!
