A show to watch promoting Down syndrome, Childhood Cancer Awareness and International adoption of kids with special needs.
We are very excited to have this opportunity to show that having a child with special needs is NOT a horrible thing. Our hope is that we will reach families who may have a prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome and are scared and trying to decide what to do... or maybe their baby was just diagnosed at birth and they wonder what the future looks like, and hopefully they'll see that the future is BRIGHT! Here are the details! The Show: Truth Be Told: I have a child with Special Needs Network: TLC Date: September 16, 2009 Time: 9/8pm central Episode Guide: Truth Be Told : TLC

WIll not be aired tonight... they have been bumped... Bummers....
Tuesday, September 15, 2009 News about the TLC show Due to situations beyond our control, our TLC show, Truth Be Told: I have a child with special needs, will NOT be airing tomorrow night. Unfortunately, I don't know a lot of details. Yesterday it was pulled off the TLC website and then slowly it started dropping off people's cable line ups. We contacted our producers at Pink Sneakers Productions who hadn't heard anything but they contacted TLC early this afternoon who informed them that the show has "been bumped" and the new air date is "to be determined". They have not given an explanation as to why. We are hoping to have some answers from TLC and a new air date VERY soon! Please hang in there with us as we try to figure this out! We're as bummed as you are...
