OT: What is your little ones favorite food?

Baby A is a meat eater. Tonight I cooked meatloaf and while the other kids were complaining he was shoveling it in his mouth with both hands. I think it is his new favorite food. (mine too)
What is your baby's favorite food?

Tie between chocolate chip cookies and the squeezable yogurt. Not even sure those are considered "food"

if I had to pick foods the only things he eats are pizza, grilled cheese, mac & cheese or mac and tomato sauce and turkey dogs.

Literally that's it these days.

Bananas and Mac n Cheese. I think DD would eat Mac n Cheese for every meal if I would allow it.

Joshie's favorite breakfast food is pancakes. Occasionally, I will fix him stuffed French toast, but he will cry for pancakes.

For lunch, usually stuff like grilled cheese or fish sticks, occasionally those little pastas you can buy and microwave...he loves mini ravioli. He also loves salisbury steak TV dinners although they aren't very healthy.

For supper, anything with hamburger is a hit! But we do a lot of grilled chicken and oven baked fish, which he seems to love as well.

For sweets, cookies are his fave followed closely by cake and ice cream. His favorite drink is Diet 7-Up, sweet tea, and chocolate milk.

Blessings, Michelle

Liana goes crazy for any fresh fruit Blueberries, canteloupe, watermelon, peaches, mango. She thinks they are candy.

For food food, she goes crazy over black beans and rice. And for weekend breakfasts, she loves going to a diner and getting scrambled eggs and instead of homefries, mixing the eggs with mashed potatoes.

Or course ice cream and lollypops and anything chocolate make her happiest. But I really limit that stuff.

Oh. For snacks she is on an almond kick. She really likes roasted almonds!

Fruit for DD. For DS... crackers and cookies... sigh. The rest is hit and miss... I guess chicken nuggets are the thing that misses the least.

We are so lucky, at least for now, DD is a great eater.
She loves blueberries and grapes.
She loves onions-grilled, sauteed, raw. She even took the battered part of an onion ring off and ate the onion.

My babies are preschoolers. But both of them LOVE tuna sushi. My husband and I are big Japanese food fans so we often went out. When they were 2 and got the all clear from the doctor, we let them try tuna sushi. They are crazy for it. They could eay TONS. Our sushi man loves them (I guess cause they eat $50 worth when we go out...which is less often because they cost so much to feed there). Its where they pick to go for their birthday dinners

I have a picky eater.

Thankfully, he loves fruit! Blueberries are his absolute favorite, followed by raspberries, and strawberries. He calls them moreberries because we always keep asking him if he wanted more berries. It is pretty funny! I am glad he likes fruit because the only veggie he will eat is peas. When he was a baby, he would eat all the baby food veggies except for peas. Now that he's a toddler he will only eat peas and won't touch any other vegetable. So frustrating!

He will usually eat chicken nuggets and fries and any type of bread. He would eat just bread for a meal if I'd let him. He likes yogurt too!

A girl after David's own heart! He loves fruit. It is like giving him candy. He likes most veggies, too. (I've given up trying to get him to like eggplant.) I make stir-fried brown rice with a mix of veggies and tofu (his second favorite dinner) and he'll examine it and pick out a piece of cabbage, a pea, a little broccoli, a piece of red bell, and eat them. And then he just shoves a huge spoonful in this mouth.

And like Liana, he also loves beans and rice. His absolute, number one, favorite dinner. I mix it with broccoli and a little cheese and he eats until I'm wondering where he could possibly be putting it. I swear, it's one thing he will eat, hungry or not!

Funny thing, though. I tried making that toddler staple, mac and cheese recently. He loves pasta and he loves cheese, so I figured it would be a clear winner. I'd actually been avoiding it because I know it's a food that toddlers can just get stuck on. He wouldn't even touch it! Spit the pasta right back out. I thought it was because it was new, but last night's dinner was too. I gave him risotto for the first time and he ate a huge bowl. So go figure.

Although not a baby anymore Castle's favorites are boiled or grilled Shrimp, fresh fruit, asparagus, steak and any kind of fish grilled or broiled. She HATES fried anything!
When I read this I should understand why she only weighs 35lbs at almost 5 1/2 years old!
