sibling pics
I am in the mood for a fun picture thread! I want to see your kids interacting.
My babies certainly notice each other... here is Kee staring adoringly at his sister and watching her antics. This is what Athena was doing at the time.... scrutinizing the camera lenscover. (Please excuse the drool on Keonte's shirt... any time he goes without a bib for more than a few seconds, this is what happens! I just tell myself, at least he has excellent salivary glands!) Drool? Sorry I can't post a pic of my little guy yet but the adoption isn't yet finalized. Now he is a champion drooler. The nurse came over one day to review his medical rate and within 1 short hour he went through 6 bibs and 4 shirts. I kid you not. She said I needed extra due to the amount of laundry.
Your kids are absolutely adorable. Love the pics.

I want to play!!!!
The Chiefs had a preseason game last night that DH was very excited about. He has a "lucky" jersey that he wears for every game. He decided to put DD in it & he was very proud of it!!! THe next is just a cute swing pic & then her first pic in her booster seat at the kitchen table!!! Everyone's kids are soooo cute. Oceanica- I love the dress that A is wearing... That is too cute!!! Aclee- they are so cute together. That'll be fun watching them as M get's a little bigger & they start to play!! Buttascotch- I love that pic. The 3 looks so cute together!! Arkansas- I completely forgot about the eyebrow icident!!! How funny!! Oh yeah- M loves paying with water bottles now & gaterade bottles. Since we moved she has her very own play room that is FULL of toys....so what does she play with alot?? The water bottles!! Go figure!

02/08: decided to adopt- researching which avenue to pursue!! 4/08: application submitted with agency 6/25/08 - officially waiting 6/28/08 - Matched!! 6/28/08 - it's a girl!! She's born!! 6/29/08- We meet the most beautiful baby girl in the world & the amazing mother that gave birth to her!! 7/9 - ICPC has cleared - we can go home!! 2/17/09- Finalized!!! After dealing with infertility, IVF & a miscarriage I finally realize what God had in store for us! What a joyful time to be alive!

First is a pic shortly after the kids arrived and the 2nd is one taken this summer on a road trip/family reunion. The hair thing...J grew his out during the summer and S was in that "must pull back as tight as possible" phase.  1st is J, K, T & S and the 2nd is J, T, S & K

1993 decided to start a family 1995 discovered problems 1995-1998 fertility Drs and surgeries 1999-2003 break from it all 2003-2005 thought about adoption but trying to find a way to afford it. 2006 decided to do whatever it took to create a family. Money should not decide a family! January 2006 gathering information applying for homestudy. July 2006 homestudy completed- we are officially waiting! July 06-March 09 Several situations that didn't work out.. Our baby will find us, until then...We are 4-everwaiting for our angel  It finally happened after over 2.5 years of waiting, our angel found us!!! ... Baby Girl Born March 10th! Home forever March 19th, 2009

Butta, they look sooo loving and beautiful! How were you able to capture that at just the right moment! I am always just a little late for the cutest pic and then I get disgusted. Doesn't stop me though from photographing the heck out of them!
Aclee, all the pics are adorable but I absolutely love that one of Ty checking on the carseat buckle! He just looks like he's so concerned about it. He's going to be a really nice big brother (hopefully most of the time!) I think you should still get one of those manequins for braiding practice and then when his hair grows out you can put him in cornrows and I can put Kee in some too! Steph, she makes a great Chiefs fan! And that swing pic... she is just too pretty. (Now if the chiefs would just do a little better... but that's a different subject! I don't want to mention what my favorite team is... it just leads to this reaction every year: ) Oh and I'm so jealous that she can use that sippy. Athena just throws sippies. (I do need to get one with a straw and maybe she's do better.)Crick that is a really good looking group! I love those pics. They have awesome hair! One thing though... you need to do something about them growing so much. They need to stop that. Tricia, too cute! I'm liking the sunglasses. Michelle, I'm waiting! I wouldn't mind seeing a few more... hint hint jalepeno and Fran! (Jalepeno I loved that one you had where they were at the bottom of a slide laughing! That was classic!)
