How do you know?
Even though we have adopted 15 kids, this is the first time we have adopted with out doing foster care first. All of my kids were placed with me as foster childen and if and when the plan moved to adoption we were ready, we already loved the kids. Adopting this time is so different. The agencys call us with children for us to consider. How do you know which child or children is the perfect fit for all concerned? I hate to meet children and not be sure. How did you know this one was the one?

We got a call last week asking if we would be interested in having our youngest ones baby sisters placed with us. We of course said Yes! They changed the goal to adoption and wanted an adoptive placement. They were placed with us last Thrusday. Our little boy is so happy to be with his sisters. He remembers the older one and was so excited for her to be here. Once these girls are adopted we are done!!!!

You sound as if you have so much love to give, I don't think you could be matched with a child and not love him/her.
Some people are born nurturers. You've been blessed with that. Congratulations.
