Most babies fall asleep in the car, not baby A. Instead he poops EVERYTIME sometimes as much as 4 times if we are gone long. I cant even go to town to pick up a couple things without changing him before I go in. We have tried waiting to leave until he has gone at home, but he will still manage to poop more. We have started making a game out of who can guess how many times mommy gets to change a poopy diaper while we are gone. I wont even go into how bad my van smells by the end of the day

That is truly horrible. Not to rub it in - but I think Nate has only pooped away from home maybe twice. Ever.

That being said, he is an angry pooper. If he is over tired, or just doesn't want to go to sleep when we put him down at night - he get himself so worked up crying that he poops. So, if it has been 10 minutes, and he is still crying, we have to go in and give him a sniff to make sure he is okay - which really makes him mad! Yesterday he woke up only 30 minutes into his nap when the dog barked (stupid salesperson at the door), and he was inconsolable! He not only pooped himself, when I went to get rid of the poopy diaper and wash my hands - he puked. It was horrible.

I can't wait for the day that he can tell me has to poop, and then sits on a pot and wipes his own butt. It will be like being liberated from prison.

It was easy doing a quick diaper change in the front seat of my van when he was little. But now that he is reaching for buttons and everything else he can get his hands on it is a nightmare. I just know one day I am going to go into the store with poo on my shirt without noticing it.
