It's about time!!!!
I know I have been on rarely (and sporadically) over the past year or so.... life is busy!
But we FINALLY have movement in the case of my fk's! They were placed with me as a foster-adopt placement in Aug of 2007, and had been in foster care since March of 06. This past Thursday the court FINALLY TPR'ed! The kids are now legally free for adoption, after all this waiting!!! Well there is a high likelyhood that the bio. will appeal but even her own lawyer knows that nothing will come of it! Right now the adoption date is set for Sept 2, but that could be sooner or later depending on what goes on if she appeals! YAYAYAYA It's about time, and these kids really needed this to happen!!!
