Indulge me, please :)

I know I have turned into one of those irritating moms who thinks that everything my kid does is beyond amazing. Never thought it would happen to me.

But please indulge me and take a look at my 2 1/2 year old's art. We went to the aquarium, and when we got home she drew pictures of the stuff we saw. Her is her rendition of the otter and a jellyfish.

I am in AWE!!!!

I don't have a scanner, so I took photos of the drawings. They show up bigger on my blog, and I think they would be too hard to see in the smaller version I would have to post on the forums.

Here is the blog post with the drawings. Liana's Amazing Adventures: ART!!!!!

Now tell me the truth. Be brutally honest. Am I crazy, or is this child going to be an amazing artist????

I agree with you. For a 2 year old to draaw a jellyfish the way she did would amaze the heck out of me. Keep a crayon in her hands!!!

That's amazing!!! Seriously. My dd is four and couldn't do that (I was hoping that unlike me and dad, she might have some artistic talent!). Definitely a junior Picasso!

Pretty impressive - Anabel is 3 and that is WAY more representational then anything she's ever done.

(Then again she doesn't like to draw for more then a minute at a time anyway - she's more of a gross motor skills type of girl. . . )

I do think it is very good. My daughter is 3 years old (and two months) and can't do more than scribble. Your daughter actually drew something that looks like something.

Nice!

I think that is as good or better than my 6 year old nephew can draw. She's very talented and a cutie pie too.

I think you've got a little artiste on your hands!
