Input on Maryland ICPC accomodations
Hi All!
We have been matched with a potential Birth Mother in Marykand, we are in IL. Baby is due soon, next week! Does anyone have any input on what to look for in the way of affordable accomodations while we are there for ICPC? She is in Silver Springs, Maryland. Thanks in advance, Michelle

We adopted from Maryland to Virginia, but we have family that we stayed with in Maryland. We did, however, price a Residence Inn for 1 week and it was $800 in October 2007. I don't know how affordable this would be for you. ICPC only took 5 days for us.

Ah, you are doing the reverse of us! We're in MD, and our baby was born in IL.
 I'm not super-familiar with Silver Spring. I used to work in Columbia, which isn't too far, and I know there are a ton of hotels around there, like a few Residence Inn type places. Columbia's kind of a good place to be anyway, lots of nearby shopping and restaraunts. Good luck!
