Lifetime Adoption Biracial program

We are an interracial family that is interested in working with Lifetimes biracial program and we are currently in Georgia moving to New York. Lifetime doesn't work with New Yorkers unless your contracted with them before you move to NY. Being military, we know when we are going. So, my question is does anyone have any info on Lifetime and specifically the biracial program if you know, and looking for anyone who used them from NY.

I live in NY and called my ICPC office and was told I would only be able to use an out of state agency if they charged no fees. Please call and double check with NY ICPC 518-474-3377 before proceeding with any agency. Good luck.

That was a concern of mine. They would get my cash but other things would get in the way of proceeding inn NY. Thanks for that. That might just cinch the deal right there.
