Agency recs
I am looking for agency reccomendations on behalf of a friend. They are open to any race or sex. Their budget is 20k. They have been waiting for about 6 months and are currently with an agency and 2 referrals. They are looking for an additional agency or 2 to sign on with. They are in Indiana and are home study approved. They are hoping to find an agency with little to no fees up front that are in need of parents open to children of color. Any reccomendations would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
