OK, finishing out day #9 and headed into day #10 and I WANT TO EAT!! Not actually hungry, mind you, just miss eating and my family had a REALLY yummy meal tonight But my great dad is fixing a yummy chicken broth in the crock pot right now so that by Tuesday I will have a delicious vege soup with a home made chicken broth base

Being home all day makes it tough too, It is easier to not think of food when I am busier

One day to go!

You are doing awesome! You are inspirational.

I just did my first salt water flush this morning. Yuck. I'm glad I kept it down at least.

Yay DDW! I just did my last SWF this morning Although, I may still do it tomorrow on the first day of my easing out, we'll see.

Hang in there and let us know how you are doing!

Thanks to everyone for all of the support, it is really important and helped so much I am so proud of myself for making it through to today, the 10th day! I feel really good about doing it and ready to start a life of healthier eating(hopefully!)

You definitely do rock butta! I'm less than 6 hours into day 1 and I am soooo hungry.

Do you feel like you got a good detox?

Thanks guys!

DDW: I feel like I must have detoxed but I really didn't have the symptoms that the book talks about. However, even though I do eat more processed foods (and sugar) than I should, I still have a pretty healthy diet, so I think if my diet was worse, over a long period of time, my detox would have been worse. We have a big garden and we have a very healthy meal every night, so, overall, I do pretty good. Now I am just going to focus on the during the day/lunch time things I eat and try to make those better

Looking for an update!

OK, for those that did the Master Cleanse, do you feel that it worked and that you actually lost weight? If so, do you think it will star off, or will it pop right back on after a couple of weeks? I keep thinking about doing this, but wondered if it was a long term solution.

Thanks
Kay
