Funny that tonight right before this I saw the post about hobbies. I have been thinking that I need to get back to the way I was with our first child. I did all kinds of things with her. I am wanting to make some crafts for the holidays with my 23 month old and wanted to know if anyone out there had ideas. I will also pass along what I am pulling out of the memories I have over the past 20 years.

1. Tom we are going to make a sweat shirt for me (and probably one for her if it goes ok) with her hand prints in a circle to make a Wreath. Of course they will be green. Her thumb prints will be the berries.

2. Also for those of you with Proud Grand parents. It is really cool to take each grand childs hand print and put randomly on a white sweat shirt in all the different colors with their names on them. We have also did this on BIG tera cotta (sp) pots.

3. I am going to let her use sponges and rubber stamps to paint her own shirt.
