Call their customer service number and ask. For most major carriers, it's just a phone call and they do it for you. Easy as pie.

It is crazy what kids are texting to each other and taking pictues of. Our two high school kids no longer have their cell phones due to some negative behaviors.

I had taken my 16 year old daughter's cellphone as a loss of privelges for 2 days. I had the phone on the table turned on and it alerted me that she had received a message. I looked and it was a pic of a boy's..well, you know! I immediately called the school and told the principal what was just received as it was during school hours. The boy took the picture after his gym class. The boy was called into the office along with his dad. Guess what his dad said? He said that I shouldn't be upset as my daughter would be seeing one sooner or later!!! I hadn't realized that he could be charged...wish I had known that!!!
