My ultimate goal is to lose 33 lbs. My mini-goal is to lose 10 lbs in 30 days.

I've committed to 3x a week with my personal trainer. I've have 2 sessions so far. The hardest part for me is waking up so darn early in the morning. So far I've really enjoying it. This is the first time I've really committed to an exercise program.

So does anyone know how we can make some sort of poll, so we all answer on the same spot?? I didn't have a good eating day, but oh well.

Someone tell me what AF is.. I mean I know what it must mean, but what is the A and F for.?

started, i think it stands for "Aunt Flo" (which was some kind of euphemism for your period!!!).

my "BIG" goal is to lose 50 lbs. But I would be thrilled to lose 10 lbs by xmas.

we are having a big party Wednesday and Thursday...well, we all know Thursday! I am going to "preplan" and make some CORE side dishes. (there's even a crustless pumpkin pie!).

Wish me luck tomorrow, guys!! I went out to eat tonight but I just had shrimp cocktail and a salad with salmon....(oh and a vodka soda...whoops!).

okay, I would like/ NEED to lose 90 lbs but lets take this a day at a time, atleast a week at a time!! I plan to start on Monday, going to my Sister's today for our family Thanksgiving and then I'm good to go. Thanksgiving Day is at MIL's and I don't like her cooking, among other things lol so I should be fine.
Wish I knew how to start a poll but I am not that savvy. Don't you have to be an upgrade member to do that??

I'm the same as ourdream...Aiming for 90, don't have to worry about Thanksgiving because in-laws inability to cook but taking it all one day at a time...

Unfortunately, this is the worst time of year for me foodwise...

Christmas = Cookies!!!

Boys birthdays = cakes; and many of them because we celebrate with family, firstfamilies, etc...Not to mention moms luncheons, etc...UGH!

But I am committed to these changes and will have to remind myself that eating a cookie doesn't mean a dozen, and a piece of cake is not necessarily the size of a brick

Yay! I love this motivation and cheering!!!

Ok, I'm short waisted, only 5'3 and anykind of extra weight at all hits right in the middle on me (the worst kind for heart health and all). I lost 40 pounds originally on WW after having a hard time with my thyroid. This time 'round I have to loose and maintain consistently the last 15 (20 would be perfect) but 15 is realistic and healthy, but for me the hardest to loose.

Here's one of my favorites for grilled chicken topping, veggie or baked chip snacking: Walnut Acres

This story from CNN really inspired me.

175 pounds lighter, woman takes flight - CNN.com

I actually saw this on TV before seeing it onliine and for her personal trainer to acknowledge how much courage it took for her to walk up to a fitness center at 375 lbs almost made me cry. Because honestly, that is by far the hardest part of a weight loss journey. Admitting that you need help and taking that first step.

To walk through the doors of WW for the first time or in this case to walk up to a fitness center at 375 lbs.

That woman is a rock star in my eyes!

WAY To GO LOVE! I am struggling this week, but I started this diet 4 weeks ago. A few medications are hendering me from having BIG loses , but if I didn't have something like you guys, I would be going up on the scales instead of SMALL downs.
