Don't feel bad or frustrated Love, use the frustration to motivate you to move more. If its cold outside bundle up the kids take them for a walk or go to a children's museum or aquarium indoors where you will have to walk alot. I got my work out with the kids this week when it snowed by climbing up and down the hill sledding with them for over an hour. Then the next day when all the toddlers where sleeping I played the Wii with the school age kids.

I lost 3 pounds this week. FINALLY. of course today is Superbowl and my son's birthday yesterday and my nephews today so I probably gained it back.
BUT MOJO TIME.. lets go girls

I followed David Kirsch's Ultimate New York Body Plan for a week and lost 6 pounds (lots of protein and cardio) and after that counted my calories really closely. I also do 2 miles a day on my treadmill. I am SO determined to get back to a size 4. I miss all my cute clothes!

I am so glad you got to go see it! I'll have to pm you about it. Cam's feeling much better too. Thanks for asking.

Congrats to the LOSERS, Keep plugging along everyone else. It will happen.

I was down 1.8 lbs this week and then superbowl hit. I didn't eat a lot just wrong. Now to see what sheds itself off by weigh in on Saturday.

Let's just start over. too many pages to shift through on the last thread. I am seriously going to do this. As you can see by my signature, my first goal is quite big. I am walking everyday. and drinking water. other than that , I do eat what I want for lunch but night time and breakfast is about fruit and veggies.
