Apparently they have a policy on their site that sometimes prices are wrong and they don't honor it when it happens... I was checking babycheapstakes.com and apparently lots of people called them and got different answers too, so who knows!

They won't charge your debit/creidt card until it actually ships. Same thing for if you use a gift card. My order total wasn't showing the gift card I used but when I called to question it, they told me it would come off the total when it shipped and also that my card wouldn't be charget til it shipped - both proved to be true.

9/07 - Matched with birthmom through a mutual friend 11/30/07 - Homestudy complete! 2/27/08 - Match failed - birthmom never signed papers 5/5/08 - signed with new agency 5/12/08 - chosen by birtmom! 6/8/08 - it's a girl! 6/17/08 - Home forever with our little girl! 12/15/08 - FINALIZED!   5/7/09 - Homestudy approved for #2! 1/27/09 - present - several leads, but none have panned out.

I'm still wondering if I will get mine or not. They do have something on thier website that says if the price is a mistake they will cancel the order or something.

I am just hoping it was not a mistake and for some reason they were trying to get rid of them. Getting ready for next year or something.

FWIW, I called the 800 number and they told me that my order looked fine and that it would ship Dec 15th (which is different than what my confirmation email said, which is Dec18th to Jan 6th). So, here's to hoping.......
