I've used shutterfly to make a few photo books, including our son's 1st year books. They all have turned out wonderful. We usually make a book as a gift for my mom every year.
They're nice quality (the hard cover) and a decent size. We usually get the 8x8 just because we don't need 12 x 12. |

Yeah we have 3 birthfamilies now and I want to send them something that shows kinda like a year in the life of our family... so I was curious if these were actually as nice as they look ! lol

Choose Picaboo! We used it to do our profiles and they came out beautifully. We had tried Shutterfly initially, but the problem was that none of our pictures were deemed suitable because of the resolution. I mean, none of them. When we tried Picaboo, it accepted all our photos.

We've used Shutterfly for Bella's birth mommy and for the rest of our extended family. They've turned out AWESOME.
We weren't able to use poor resolution photos on Shutterfly, but the only ones we had that issue with were ones taken by cell phone. All of our photos from our digital camera (or families' digital cameras) worked just fine.
