You can find it online if you can't find it at a store near you. It does fit on the Costco carts, regular grocery carts and many of the high chairs in restaurants. I love the little pocket on the inside, I used to stick a sippy cup of water and it has bands sewn on to attach toys to. Z was happy as a clam. I just left it in the car so I wouldn't have to lug it in and out of the house.

Jumping in here. I only used a covering cart seat for my youngest child; for my older two children, I had a seat that was mainly intended to keep them in the cart. plus comfy. I looked for covers I liked for my youngest and didn't like the fabrics; couldn't find a pattern in the fabric store and then found one on ebay. It was easy to make and I got to pick the fabric. It's still perfect and I really like it 'cause I got to decide how much fluff, etc. (I've seen patterns on ebay once in a while still.) I love it that it's easy on/off and I don't have to deal with any crud on the cart at all. Since then, I've bought several Infantino cart covers for friends' babies and they love them. Plenty big enough for the biggest carts, as mine is. My 2 cents. susan
