I am happy today because....

We both have jobs.

The fridge is full.

Our daughter is beautiful and sweet.

We were matched with our second beautiful daughter and waiting to start visits.

I had to take my youngest to the doctor this morning and getting the other 3 off to school, running club & band, finding homework, shoes etc. I was not really in that fine of a mood this morning.

Until...after the doc, my son says "Mom, I think there's a Mcd's over there and you look like you need more coffee." LOL!

And of course there was a hope on his part to get something too, so not completely just thinking about Mom, but it made me laugh. After that creativity, he needed an apple juice.

Nothing like some cuteness and a laugh to get my day going!

SAME for Tyler. This little boy will NOT hold a bottle. But he will grab his sippy cup and pound half of it down with no problems...I think by Christmas, we'll be on Sippy cups exclusively

I am happy today because it FINALLY rained!
I am happy today because, even though I don't need it, my hubby brought me some chocolate.
I am happy because my 14 month old started mimicing his big brother sneezing and belly laughed about it! His laugh is so contagious!
I'm happy because my almost 4 yr old did not cry this morning when I left him with my sister. This is HUGE!

Great topic!

BinkyBear - I remember that day - the utter satisfaction in a job well done and so *exactly* expressing who our family is... I still pull my master copy out and look at it occasionally... LOL

Today, I am happy because my "high-needs" daughter is FINALLY taking a nap after me going back into her room SIX times in 45 minutes to sooth her back to sleep.

Today, I am happy because I still have 7 more days before I have to go back to work from maternity leave.

Today, I am happy because I have a haircut scheduled for next week that I BADLY need!

I am happy today because my DH is getting better by the day.

I am happy that the antibiotics have kicked in and I can breathe today.

I am happy because my Step Son is getting better at keeping his school grades up.

And most of all I am happy because DD is in our lives.

Today I'm happy, because my little one keeps running to me, hugs my leg and says: "Moo 'n' Bak"

I'm happy today because I have a pantry full of food that I saved $52.00 on by using coupons/store sales etc.

I had a full cup of coffee before the kids awoke and started my day with a bit of "aah....silence!"

Also very happy I haven't needed any depends....
