I'm not really one to strike up conversations usually. A lot of that though is that I'm just busy with my kids when I'm out. I willingly admit that I love coming across other families that I think might have adopted. And would love to be able to talk to more adoptive parents IRL. Recently there was a man and a girl walking in my neighborhood. I hadn't seen them before. He was very dark AA and she looked all CC. For all I know she wasn't even his daughter. But maybe. I was driving at the time but maybe I'll come across them again someday when I'm out on a walk. The nice thing is that I don't usually have to figure out how to start conversations. People seem to want to talk to me. They usually think my boys are twins and people seem fascinated by twins.
