Supa by the way if they have Music Together where you live we started around your son's age and did two semesters. I may have told you this but every sunday (the day of MT) he learned a new skill .... it is GREAT and one of the best researched music programs.

We took the summer off though it was making me loopy

Thanks for sharing this, SupaModel. I had no idea Gymboree was also for babies. I'm going to look into it. I've been wanting something for our now very active five month old and also a way for me to meet other moms.

Stormster- As a level 2 Gymboree mom I can tell you there is some work involved as your kid gets older. A lot of the moms joke about how Gymboree is the most exercise they get all week! It's not too bad, though!
In regards to E not going along with everything well, one thing I like about Gymboree is they care more about your child having fun and less about their full participation. There are times during class when mommies and babies are to gather on the mat for singing and other activities but Shiloh would rather crawl around and play with the little balls or make out with Gymbo (clown mascot) and they say let her go! They encourage you to just go with what your child wants. If he/she wants to do the activity, great! If he/she doesn't, it's still great!

Thanks Alicia....

Do the songs come out of the loud speaker at Gymboree or does the instructor do it?

While you are on the mat with your child they do interactive songs that everyone sings. While the children are playing on the different courses they have setup music plays through a cd player
