Agency with low fees?
We have been waiting for a year and 8 months now and have only been presented to 1 couple. We really cannot afford $10k for fees. Apart from DHS does anyone know of an agency that will let you pay out the fees and that aren't real high? I know, that would all be too perfect right?

Our agency costs about 8k to 10k. You pay as you go. I like it a lot. The wait list is 7-8 months for average. They only work with a small number families. So...they are out there.
